This notice explains the treatment of information submitted through this website.

Information you provide
HashLaw may receive your name, contact details, organisation, enquiry route and the non-confidential description you submit. Do not submit privileged, highly sensitive or time-critical information before engagement is confirmed.
Website and assistant data
The website may store your disclaimer choice, recent searches and a short-lived market-data cache in your browser. Atlas receives the question you enter. When enabled, Atlas may send that question and relevant source context to Google’s Gemini API for response generation; weather questions are sent to Open-Meteo. Do not enter confidential, privileged or personally identifiable information into Atlas. Basic request and security information, including IP-related data, may be processed by the hosting and service providers.
Why information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, conduct preliminary matter and conflict checks, provide requested website functions, secure and improve the service, keep records and comply with legal obligations. HashLaw does not use this website to sell personal data or run behavioural advertising.
Service providers and international processing
Netlify provides hosting, serverless functions and form processing. Google may provide Atlas generation through the Gemini API when configured, and Open-Meteo provides weather data. The free Gemini tier may permit submitted content to be used for product improvement under Google’s current terms. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and safeguards. External source links are governed by the destination site.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained only for a period reasonably necessary for intake, conflict checks, follow-up, security, legal compliance and recordkeeping. Technical logs and provider records follow applicable provider settings. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to use Atlas or the enquiry form and may contact HashLaw directly. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion of personal data and may raise a grievance by emailing hello@hashlaw.in or calling +91 99283 52953. Identity or authority may need to be verified before a request is actioned.
Children and changes
The website is not directed to children. This notice may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.
